You have the right to explore your provider options. Five Star Companion Care welcomes individuals interested in transferring their home care services to our agency. Our team can work with you, your Service Coordinator, and your Managed Care Organization, when applicable, to help coordinate the transfer process and minimize interruptions in authorized services.
