Getting started is simple. Contact our office to schedule a family consultation. We’ll take the time to learn about your childcare needs, preferred schedule, household routine, and what you’re looking for in a nanny.
From there, we’ll guide you through our Family Matching Process and work to identify a nanny who is a good fit for your family.
Every family is different, so we take a personalized approach to matching. We consider your children’s ages, daily routines, family schedule, childcare needs, parenting preferences, personality and compatibility, transportation needs, and any special requests.
Our goal is to identify a nanny whose experience, availability, and approach align well with your family’s needs and preferences.
Every nanny must complete our hiring and screening process before being considered for placement with a family.
Our screening process includes:
- Personal interview
- Professional reference verification
- Employment verification
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check (PATCH)
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
- FBI fingerprint-based criminal background check, when required
- Driver’s license verification when transportation is required
- CPR and First Aid verification, when applicable
- Review of professional childcare experience
Yes. Whenever possible, families have the opportunity to meet or speak with their nanny before services begin.
This gives your family an opportunity to become acquainted with the nanny, ask questions, and determine whether the match feels right before care begins.
If concerns arise or the nanny does not feel like the right fit for your family, please contact our office promptly. We’ll listen to your concerns, discuss the situation with you, and work to determine the most appropriate solution.
Our goal is to ensure your family feels comfortable and confident with the care you receive.
Our nannies provide care for children of various ages, including:
- Newborns
- Infants
- Toddlers
- Preschoolers
- School-age children
During your family consultation, we’ll discuss your child’s age, routine, developmental needs, and care expectations so we can identify a nanny with appropriate experience.
